The Stainless Steel Perforated Long Fries Basket with Handle is designed for catching, frying, and handling extra long potato fries. Built with an elongated, curved perforated trough, integrated resting feet, and an extended wire handle, this specialty basket catches freshly extruded fries directly from press machines and allows hot cooking oil to drain freely.

Key Features & Benefits

• Perforated Trough Design: Punched drainage holes allow cooking oil to flow through rapidly while supporting long fries without bending or breaking.
• Front Hanging Hooks: Dual front hooks allow the basket to mount securely onto fryer tank rims or extruder frames for stable loading and hands-free draining.
• Integrated Wire Base: Raised wire frame keeps the hot perforated metal body elevated off countertops and preparation tables.
• Extended Loop Handle: Keeps hands at a comfortable distance from hot cooking oil during dipping, lifting, and plating.
